My background spans operations, strategy, and leadership across both creative and corporate environments, from luxury events to private investment communities. I’ve supported businesses at multiple stages, from early growth to established operations, working across everything from strategic planning to day-to-day execution.
Between leading operations for a luxury wedding firm, managing business and events for a private investment group, and consulting independently, I understand what it actually takes to build and sustain a business in the real world with real decision-making, real teams, and real constraints.
